Sub-processors

In short
- These are the outside companies that may handle personal data so LiveChatBot can work.
- Visitor locations are looked up on our own server (DB-IP database), so no visitor IP is sent out for that.
- We update this page before adding someone new.
A sub-processor is a company we use that may process personal data on behalf of our customers. This list is part of our Data Processing Addendum.

Not sub-processors
- DB-IP (db-ip.com): we download their free location database to our own server. Visitor IP addresses are never sent to them.
- Your own tools: webhooks, Google Analytics events and API access send data only where you choose. Those companies are your providers, not ours.
